<mainbody>Some webmasters try to use articles from free content directories to get visitors to their site and make some money. This is mostly important for those who have just begun working as an affiliate for several companies and do not yet have any funding, yet need to built small niche websites to visitors to their site so that they can begin making revenue.

Although this can sometimes be the only option for those who are running on a non-existent budget, it is not a way that will effectively build your website or revenue. There are a few potential reasons why this may be detrimental to your business building efforts.

Problem #1 - Search Engines

Search engines will only look down upon your site if it has the exact same duplicated content than other sites. The more sites that share your content, the less it will help you achieve good search engine rankings.

Good search engine rankings are essential in getting visitors to your site so that they have a chance to click on your affiliate links. If you cannot even get visitors, then will never make an revenue. Working on the search engine optimization of your site so that you will eventually be high enough in the results to get customers, should be priority one.

Problem #2 - Getting visitors to click

Although getting your site high on search engine result pages and acquiring site visitors is hard work, unfortunately this is only half of the battle. You must also be able to convince those visitors to click on your affiliate links. If your visitors see the same content they have seen on a multitude of other sites, they will be least likely to click on your links. This is because most people want to buy things that are recommended by people that they trust or whom they feel like are an expert on the subject.

If your content is just duplicated from other sites, you will be exposed as someone who does not really know what they are talking about and therefore will not look heavily on your product recommendations. This will reduce the number of website visitors who will be willing to click through.

Problem #3 - Author Bylines

Most free content is only given to you if you agree to place the authors byline under the article (you can get into trouble if you try to use it without following the stipulated rules). This poses a problem because most author bylines include links. When a reader gets done reading a really intriguing article, there is a strong possibility that they will click on the author's byline link rather than your affiliate links. This is the entire reason why these authors offer free content to begin with, so that they may get their name and links out there to the public. Using this type of content may mean shooting yourself in the foot and losing possible profitable website visitors.

Once you put these three problems together, you are looking at a serious decline in revenue simply because you used free website content from article directories. Although it may be the only option for some, if you have the funds to buy your own original content, then you should go this route. If you don't have the finds, however, you may be better off writing your own content and then hiring professional services once you have made a profit to work with.</mainbody>

<keywords>benefit of mangosteen juice, mangosteen, health</keywords>
<mainbody>So what is the real benefit of mangosteen juice? Many people haven't even heard of mangosteen before, they've just been told that it has some kind of amazing health benefit associated with it. So what is it? Well this article will endeavor to answer this question and more so that maybe I can influence you to start consuming mangosteen juice more often(hey it's always worth a try!)

The benefit of mangosteen juice is associated with the extremely dense collaboration of xanthones inside this fruit. What are xanthones I can hear you asking, well they are perhaps the most powerful form of antioxidant available on the planet and have to potential to, when consumed often enough, reduce to likelihood of a person being diagnosed with cancer later in life.

So let me guess, you're a little skeptical? Well what I say to that is great! It's normal to be skeptical of something you haven't tried so let me say one thing if you will, the only way you are going to be able to find out whether it has the potential to do what I have described, is to test it out.

What's great about this fruit is that you will begin to notice the affects almost immediately, especially if you know you are an unhealthy person. You will start to feel more vibrant. Your senses will start to become much stronger than what you are used to. You will also find that you will start to need less and less sleep as the xanthones start to cleanse your system of unnatural impurities.

You see the main contributing factor to cancer at a later stage in life is the amount of build up of these things called free radicals that present themselves inside our bodies as we continue to eat fatty foods day in day out. We all know that antioxidants help to remove those free radicals and prevent them from forming in the future. Almost every fruit and vegetable known to man has antioxidants, some stronger than others and we now know that the xanthones in mangosteen are one of the most powerful forms of natural antioxidants known to man.

What else do I need to know about mangosteen juice? Well for one it's not that easy to find right now due to the fact that most people haven't even heard of it. One of the best places to find it would be down at your local Asian supermarket. You see it originates from South East Asia, more accurately in Thailand where it is exported mostly to other Asian countries like China and Malaysia. It's just starting to make its way into Western society where it is badly needed.

All the health benefits from mangosteen can be summed up in one word 'energy' Basically if you start consuming mangosteen today, you will start to notice a huge boost in energy over the next couple of weeks.</mainbody>

<keywords>articles, article writing, seo, search engine optimisation, backlinks, linking, page rank</keywords>
<mainbody>Articles are immeasurably important in today's websites and internet based companies; they are a huge factor in the overall success and the general attraction of traffic into any site. Well chosen articles can now be a key element of making a site work and earn a profit. Any website operator and owner with good sense will include articles in his or her site that will work for them and earn them the many benefits relevant articles can give to their site.

Articles have been known to be the driving force in getting traffic to a website; they are also a factor in giving sites a high ranking in search result pages. The higher a site ranks the bigger slice of the traffic flow pie it gets; and the bigger the traffic flow, the greater the profits and potential for other income generating schemes.

But, you can't just stuff your site with articles and expect the money to start rolling in; for articles to give their maximum benefit, there are certain requirements which must be met to enable your articles to provide the best results for your site. A well written article will catch the eyes and interest of your customers and keep them coming back for more. They would also be able to recommend your site to others.

The important tips below will help you choose or write articles that will have the effect you desire. Below you will read about four things all articles must have to make them successful, and which are essential if you want them to help make your site attract more traffic and earn more profit.

Keywords and Keyword Phrases.

Keywords and keyword phrases will always be at the heart of a good article. As each website visitor goes to a site, they may be merely browsing but most are actually looking for something specific. If that is the case, they usually go to a search engine and type in the keywords they are looking for (e.g. Toyota Camry, Meningitis, Tax Lawyer, Discount Designer Clothes and Etcetera). It could be anything! Everyone wants something different.

The important thing is that you choose articles that have the keywords that are related to your site. For example, if you maintain an auto parts site, the best articles for you will be cars, their components and parts, and repairs. There are many tools in the internet that provide services to help a webmaster find out what keywords and keyword phrases are mostly entered into search engines. You can use this tool to determine what keywords to use, write about and find articles for.

Keyword Density

Keyword density is the number of times a keyword or keyword phrase is used in an article compared with the total number of words in the article. An effective article must have a keyword density that is not too high or too low. A low number may be ignored by the search engines. However, with a very high density, the meaning of the article is lost and it will be difficult to read. Then 2 things will happen: you'll lose a person trying to read the article and thus a potential visitor and the search engines may just see the article as keyword spamming and your ranking will reduce not increase.

Once you have your site's keywords and keyword phrases, you must use them fully. An article must have good keyword density for a search engine to 'feel' its presence. Articles should have at least five to ten percent keyword density in their content for search engines to rank a site high in their search results. Getting a high rank or improving a rank is what the right articles will do best.

Good Article Content

This rule seems obvious, but as some articles have obviously only been written to include particular keywords its worth restating. If your articles are to be successful, they cannot just be riddled with keywords; they must be good reading material as well. Articles with good content are able to entertain people as well as provide valuable information that will meet their needs. Articles should be written well with correct spelling and good grammar. If you want people to trust you, increase your credibility and thus attract visitors to your site, your work needs to be of high quality - well written and well thought out.

People respond well to facts, figures and statistics. Try to incorporate as much relevant, interesting, up-to-date information as you can in your articles. A good, well written article will boost your reputation as an expert in your chosen field or topic. As more people believe in you, they will be able to trust you and your products, then buy them and recommend them to others.

Linking Articles

If you are planning to submit articles to ezines and/or contribute your articles to newsletters and other sites, DON'T ever forget to include a link to your site. It should always be placed just at the end of each article you submit, and is usually in the form of a small 'resource box' that has a brief description of you and your site or at least your name and site name, all hyperlinked to your site.

So one last important thing to remember: your articles will only bring traffic to your site and make your efforts worthwhile if you submit them with a link to your site. If people like your articles, they will then be able to click straight away on that link.</mainbody>

<keywords>health, diet, coffee, food and drink, benefits of caffeine,</keywords>
<mainbody>Looking for a way to lift your mood and treat headaches? To lower your risk of Parkinson's, diabetes, and colon cancer? One that could even lower your risk of cavities?

It's not too good to be true: coffee consumption appears to lower the risk for several diseases. And, what's even more exciting, the more you drink, the greater the health benefits.

I have what might be referred to as a healthy dependence on coffee, particularly in the morning. As a result, I am already aware that coffee is effective for stopping a morning headache and boosting my mood.

And, as the parent of a teen asthmatic, I've also seen first hand that coffee is helpful in managing asthma and even controlling attacks when medication is unavailable.

The interesting thing is, new research by Harvard demonstrates that consuming one to three cups of caffeinated coffee daily can reduce diabetes risk by single digits. What's more, having six cups or more each day slashed men's risk by 54% and women's by 30% over those who abstain from coffee.

Granted, that is more than most people normally consume. But it does hold out promise that greater research might what is responsible for such positive effects.

The really interesting thing here is that more and more studies are revealing that coffee, particularly in higher amounts, can have very positive effects on overall health. And while there may be some negatives to excessive drinking of coffee, overall, research shows that coffee is far more beneficial than it is harmful.

For example: recent research indicates that regular coffee drinkers are up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's. What's more, several of those research programs were able to demonstrate that the more a person drinks, the lower their risk.

Another great example is that at least two cups daily can translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk, and nearly half the risk of gallstones, versus those who do not drink coffee.

So, what's causing these health benefits?

In all likelihood, it's the caffeine and the many naturally occurring antioxidants found in coffee beans. Interestingly, the overall potency of many of these anti-oxidants is increased during the roasting process.

Coffee is a significant source of caffeine, and the evidence is very strong that regular coffee consumption reduces risk of Parkinson's disease. The cause of that is directly related to caffeine. As a result, Parkinson's drugs are currently being developed which contain a derivative of caffeine.

Caffeine is also what helps in treating asthma and headaches. For example, a single dose of many popular pain relievers contains up to 120 milligrams of caffeine, the equivalent to two cups of coffee.

Coffee also has large amounts of antioxidants such as chlorogenic acid and tocopherols, and minerals such as magnesium. These compounds have been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism. This increased sensitivity improves one's response to insulin.

The result is that a cup of decaf is also more effective than a cup of tea in reducing diabetes (though only half as much as those drinking caffeinated coffee).

Finally, research in Europe has shown that the compound trigonelline, which is responsible for coffee's aroma and bitter taste, demonstrates both antibacterial and anti-adhesive properties. Such properties have a direct effect on dental health, helping to prevent dental cavities from forming.

Of course, coffee isn't perfect. In some people, that magic "jolt" of caffeine can result in nervousness, hand trembling, and rapid heartbeat. Further, pregnant women, heart patients, and those at risk for osteoporosis may still be advised to limit or avoid coffee.

Nevertheless, the result is that, for people of reasonably normal health, coffee is a reasonably healthy choice and can have health benefits into the future.</mainbody>

<keywords>Caffeine, Side Effects of Caffeine, Coffee, Soda, Energy Drinks, Caffeine Consumption</keywords>
<mainbody>In order to optimize health and fitness, an individual needs to monitor their diet while maintaining an exercise regimen. Of course, the usual suspects need to be monitored, including fats, carbohydrates, sugars and proteins. Often though, one of the things not monitored is caffeine intake. According to experts, there are pros and cons to consuming caffeine. Consuming caffeine is can be an unwilling act because not only does coffee have caffeine, but so do many sodas, energy drinks, and anything containing chocolate.

According to researchers, too much caffeine ingestion can lead to gastrointestinal problems including stomach problems like ulcers, and impaired digestion due to raised acidity levels in the stomach. Some individuals have also experienced heartburn as a result of too much caffeine being consumed. Even decaffeinated beverages have been proven to cause the same effects as caffeinated beverages. Though, the biggest contributor to the aforementioned effects is coffee.

Research studies show that coffee is addictive, and causes numerous adverse conditions to the body. Coffee has been shown to reduce the production of DHEA as well as other anti-aging hormones in the body. Thus, an individual who ingests more coffee than the average individual ages more quickly. Also, scientific research is beginning to show that coffee drinkers are more at risk for having a heart attack. Research has also determined that coffee contains a compound known as Torpedoed, which is known to increase cholesterol levels in the body. To make matters worse, once an individual has developed an addiction to coffee, it is very difficult to alleviate the addiction, and withdrawal symptoms are wicked. Symptoms include constipation, depression, drowsiness, headaches, moodiness, loss of appetite, and in some cases nausea and vomiting. To make matters even worse, long-term exposure to caffeine can lead to sterility. Scientific research has made a correlation with consumption of too much caffeine, and in some cases, specifically coffee, to reduced sperm counts in males, as well as development of defective sperm by males.

Having said all of that, there are actually some positive attributes associated with consuming moderate amounts of caffeine. Caffeine is an excellent stimulant, and very useful in providing a quick jolt of energy. Used infrequently as a stimulant every now and again, caffeinated beverages including coffee can be used to "burn the midnight oil" at work, or can be helpful in cramming during finals week.

Scientific studies have also indicated that caffeine, and more specifically, coffee, can lower the risk for men to develop prostate cancer. Although studies are still in the preliminary stages, a link between coffee, boron, one of the nutrients found in coffee, and lower rates of prostate cancer have been established. According to the research, men who consume higher percentages of boron than the average man have a 64% less likely chance of developing prostate cancer. Incidentally, boron occurs naturally in wine, almonds, and almond flavored coffees.

So, what's the bottom line? Overall, drinking a cup or two of coffee every week is probably ok for you, and will not likely lead to difficulties. However, if you're stopping at Starbucks at least once daily, having a Red Bull for your workout, and then having a chocolate bar after your lunch, you're probably consuming a bit too much caffeine, and are putting yourself at risk.</mainbody>

    <keywords>business,internet,marketing,success,successful,wealthy,seminar</keywords>
<mainbody>Building wealth requires following a proven system to help guide you on your journey. Following a proven system considerably increases your odds of winning big.

There are seven steps to wealth creation that will help you conquer any defeat and rise to the top.

Wealth Creation Tip #1: Associate with successful people.

Associating with people who have demonstrated that building wealth is possible will motivate you to work smarter and flood you with new ideas. Plus, spending time with like-minded people enables you to stand up against any negative feelings expressed by your friends or family.

Wealth Creation Tip #2: Copy and swipe.

If you want to build wealth, then you need to mimic ideas from the experts. Pick their brains for ideas, and then innovate your own plan. As well, learn how successful entrepreneurs have marketed their products and services. What can you learn from them? Remember, it took them time to do the testing! Follow their proven marketing plans.

How do learn from your competitors? The best sources are their marketing e-mails! Be sure to also attend seminars to learn from the pros on a regular basis. Implement their system into your own life and business.

Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Modify the system to make it your own. You can do your own research for free or spend money. Working with a mentor or coach can cost money, but is well worth it. Either way, you will have to invest time, money, or both to rise to the top. Just be flexible and do whatever it takes to succeed.

Wealth Creation Tip #3: Your parents' lifestyle was different. You do not have to follow in their footsteps to create wealth.

Different generations have different mindsets and attitudes towards building wealth. Today people no longer work for many years in the same company. In fact, many 'little guys' have become millionaires through their home based businesses in the last several years.

The old way is not necessarily the right way. Many people who have 9 to 5 jobs have a fearful mindset. Their fear of the unknown may discourage you from going down a different path. Fear can stop you. But, faith moves you into action.

Wealth Creation Tip #4: Create multiple income streams.

Do not rely on one form of income. Instead, try to have many different businesses and diverse strategies. You never know which way the market will go. Try to team up with businesses and individuals. A join venture can help improve both of your businesses and financial situations.

Wealth Creation Tip #5: Confidence and fast action.

Millionaires act quickly and make decisive decisions in faith. Learn to follow your intuition and gut feeling. Even though it may feel odd at first, you will develop faith in knowing what is best for your success. There is a saying: "Do what you fear and the money will follow." However, be sure to always do your due diligence along with your intuition and gut feeling before embarking on anything new.

Wealth Creation Tip #6: Assess your assets.

Make a list of who you know and what you know. When considering partnerships, be sure to optimize your knowledge. For instance, your knowledge of marketing strategies gleaned in seminars or from a mentor would be valuable in a joint venture with someone who has skills which you lack.

Wealth Creation Tip #7: Always stay focused on education and action.

Be on the lookout for new ideas at all times in this ever-changing market. That's why seminars are great to keep on top of the latest trends and products. One new concept learned can make the entire seminar worth it. Then, be sure to act immediately on any new material learned.

Last, but not least, develop an entrepreneurial spirit. Your business is not your paycheck. Your business must be first and foremost your zest to be in control of your life!</mainbody>
